We are a group of people who all have extensive restaurant experience in the areas of serving, management and promotion. We also have extensive private investigative experience and perform investigations and mystery shopping assignments for some of the largest private investigative agencies in the nation. Here in South Florida we evaluate many restaurants to keep their customer satisfaction rate high and their customers returning.
When we evaluate your restaurant we will arrive as a couple, unless you specify otherwise. We have found that one person dining alone sometimes draws attention from the staff. Our dress and behavior will mimic that of your other customers. Your staff will not know that they are being evaluated and everything about your evaluation will be held in the strictest of confidence.
